VDX.LIFE Terms of Service
Welcome to VDX.LIFE. Before registering, accessing, or using any VDX.LIFE product or service, please read these Terms of Service carefully. Once you register or use our services, it is deemed that you agree to be bound by these Terms.

I. Definitions
1. VDX.LIFE/We: Refers to products and services provided and managed by the VDX.LIFE operations team (Guangzhou Chuang Sheng Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates).
2. User/You: Refers to individuals or organizations that register, log in, use, or otherwise access VDX.LIFE.
3. Account: Refers to the unique identity credential used to access VDX.LIFE after you register or authorize third-party login.
4. Service: Refers to functions provided by VDX.LIFE to you, including but not limited to strategic calibration, AI decisions, opportunity radar, social galaxy, data visualization, report generation, digital benefits, etc.
5. Paid Service: Refers to value-added services you obtain by purchasing decision cards (currently only decision card type is provided).
II. Account Registration and Use
1. Eligibility Requirements: You confirm that you have full civil capacity, or have read and accepted these Terms under the guidance of a guardian. If consequences arise due to lack of corresponding capacity, you and the guardian will bear the responsibility.
2. Registration Information: We currently support email registration/login and Google account authentication. You should provide true, accurate, and complete registration information as required (including but not limited to email, password, or verification code). To enable core astrological analysis and decision functions, you need to further complete avatar, nickname, and basic information related to personal birth chart (date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, country/region of birth, gender, etc.). If you refuse to provide or the information is untrue or inaccurate, we may not be able to deliver complete services and reserve the right to suspend or terminate services to you.
3. Account Security: Accounts are limited to personal use. You should properly keep login credentials (including email password, verification code, Google authorization session, etc.) and not disclose or lend them to any third party. Please update your basic profile information in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy of astrological inference and social analysis results. If you find that your account has been stolen or there are abnormalities, please notify us immediately; otherwise, you will bear the losses arising therefrom.
4. Third-Party Login: If you use Google or other third-party accounts to log in, it means you authorize us to obtain necessary information provided by that third party and comply with the third-party terms of service. We will not access or store your third-party account password without authorization.
5. Account Cancellation: You can apply for account cancellation at any time through the "Logout/Account Cancellation" process in the app or by contacting customer service. We will process after identity verification and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.
III. Service Content and Changes
1. Basic Functions: VDX.LIFE provides core functions including strategic calibration, daily energy, AI decisions, social galaxy, etc., subject to actual product release.
2. Paid Services: You can purchase decision cards as needed to unlock advanced functions. For details, see the Billing Rules.
3. Version Distinction: VDX.LIFE will provide different versions (such as domestic version, overseas version) based on user regions and regulatory requirements. Function displays may differ, but the current billing model only provides decision cards.
4. Service Updates: To provide you with a better experience, we may optimize, adjust, suspend, or terminate some functions. For major changes, we will notify you through announcements, pop-ups, etc.
5. Test Services: We may provide test functions or trial versions. Such services may be unstable or have defects, and you should evaluate and bear the risks of use yourself.
IV. User Conduct Standards
1. You promise to use VDX.LIFE services legally and properly, and shall not engage in the following behaviors:
- Violate national laws and regulations, endanger national security, or undermine social stability;
- Infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, etc.;
- Spread false information, malicious defamation, obscene content, gambling, and other illegal content;
- Unauthorized scanning, probing, attacking, or other harmful behaviors against VDX.LIFE systems;
- Unauthorized access to VDX.LIFE through automated means (such as crawlers, robots);
- Unauthorized disclosure, sale, or unauthorized use of data obtained through VDX.LIFE to third parties;
- Other behaviors that violate these Terms, laws and regulations, or social public order and good customs.
2. You guarantee that you have legal rights and necessary authorization for content generated, uploaded, or shared using VDX.LIFE, and will not infringe upon any third-party rights.
3. For content you generate on VDX.LIFE, you grant us a non-exclusive license worldwide to provide services, product operations, and function optimization. Unless otherwise agreed, we will not use your content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
4. If you violate these Terms or applicable laws, we have the right to take measures such as restricting services, freezing accounts, deleting data, and pursuing legal liability without prior notice. If your behavior causes third-party complaints, litigation, or losses, you shall independently bear responsibility and compensate us and third parties for losses suffered as a result.
V. Intellectual Property
1. All content in VDX.LIFE services, including but not limited to interface design, icons, text descriptions, code, algorithm models, databases, functional components, etc., are protected by copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, and other laws.
2. Trademarks, logos, and domain names such as "VDX.LIFE" belong to us or affiliates. Without written permission, no one may use, copy, disseminate, or forge them in any way.
3. Without permission, you may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, or reverse assemble VDX.LIFE.
4. Any unauthorized use may constitute an infringement of our legitimate rights and interests, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
VI. Privacy and Data Protection
1. We highly value your privacy protection and will collect, use, store, and share your personal information in accordance with the VDX.LIFE Privacy Policy.
2. You confirm that you have read and agreed to the privacy policy content. If the privacy policy changes, we will publish announcements and obtain your consent in a timely manner.
3. For users located in specific regions such as the EU and California, we provide compliance prompts in the product that comply with local regulations (such as Cookie management) and promise not to sell or share your personal information for third-party advertising purposes.
4. For content you upload through VDX.LIFE, we will take reasonable technical and management measures to ensure security and, when necessary, encrypt, desensitize, or anonymize the content.
VII. Third-Party Services
1. To provide you with a complete experience, we currently integrate and use the following third-party services in VDX.LIFE, with function descriptions and privacy policy links attached:
- Google Login (Google LLC): Used to provide Google account OAuth authentication to help you quickly log in or register VDX.LIFE. Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- PayPal Payment (PayPal Holdings, Inc.): Used to process ordering, payment, and settlement of paid services. Privacy Policy: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full
- ipapi Geolocation Service (ipapi GmbH): Used to determine location based on IP address to match GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy compliance requirements. Privacy Policy: https://ipapi.co/privacy/
2. When using the above third-party services, you should also comply with the corresponding terms of service and privacy policies. Third parties may collect, process, or store personal information in the process of providing services to you, and such behavior is the responsibility of the third party.
3. If disputes arise from third-party services, please first communicate directly with that third party to resolve them. We will provide necessary assistance within a reasonable scope. We will continue to carefully evaluate and select partners to ensure service stability and data security.
VIII. Payment and Refunds
1. VDX.LIFE paid services, packages, and discount policies are subject to in-app display or separately signed agreements. For details, please refer to the Billing Rules. We currently support payment through PayPal, subject to prompts on the order page.
2. Before purchasing paid services, you should carefully check order information, including package name, specifications, validity period, price, etc. Once payment is successful, fees are non-refundable except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or the Billing Rules.
3. If we are unable to deliver services due to our reasons, we will provide compensation or refund solutions according to legal provisions or agreements with you.
4. If services are terminated due to your violation of these Terms, we have the right not to refund paid fees and reserve the right to pursue losses.
IX. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
1. Content and analysis results provided by VDX.LIFE (including but not limited to AI decision suggestions, astrological analysis, strategic guidance) are for reference only and do not constitute any legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. You should make final judgments based on your own situation and bear the risks of use results yourself.
2. Content such as "Decision Reports" and "Strategic Reviews" generated by VDX.LIFE are structured analysis results based on personal basic information you provide (including but not limited to date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, country/region of birth, gender, avatar, nickname), combined with traditional astrological models (eight characters, five elements, ten gods, annual flow, etc.) and artificial intelligence algorithm inference. Such reports are probabilistic and advisory outputs that may differ from actual situations due to incomplete input information, algorithm limitations, data bias, etc. We do not guarantee their absolute accuracy or applicability to all scenarios.
3. Within the scope permitted by law, VDX.LIFE is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, policy reasons, hacker attacks, network failures, third-party service abnormalities, user equipment reasons, etc.
4. For any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including expected profit losses, goodwill losses, etc.), VDX.LIFE does not assume responsibility within the scope permitted by law.
5. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liability clauses, and such clauses may not apply in those jurisdictions.
X. Terms Changes and Termination
1. We may update these Terms based on business development or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be prompted through in-app announcements, pop-ups, etc., and your consent will be sought within a reasonable period before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you can stop using and cancel your account. If you continue to use, it is deemed that you accept the updated Terms.
2. If the following situations occur, we have the right to unilaterally terminate services to you:
- You seriously violate laws and regulations or these Terms;
- Your behavior damages the legitimate rights and interests of VDX.LIFE or other users;
- Regulatory authorities require or laws and regulations require termination.
3. After service termination, we will process your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy, except as otherwise required by law.
XI. Notices and Service
1. VDX.LIFE can send service-related notices to you through in-app announcements, in-app messages, pop-ups, SMS, email, etc. Once such notices are sent, they are deemed to have been served.
2. You should ensure that the contact information you provide is accurate and valid, and check it in a timely manner. You shall bear the consequences of not paying timely attention to notices.
XII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
1. The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of these Terms and dispute resolution are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law principles).
2. If there is a conflict with mandatory laws in your country or region, such mandatory laws shall prevail.
3. Any disputes arising from these Terms or VDX.LIFE services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the location of the VDX.LIFE operating entity.
